Winter Adult Sunday School Classes
Here are the details for the new Winter Adult Sunday School Classes:
3 Colors of Ministry - Pastor Mike and Tom Atkins will team up to help you identify and develop your spiritual gifts in the context of God's Church. In addition to emphasizing the importance of using your gifts, this class will help you learn where you need to focus your energies in order to edify others. Even if you have already taken this class, you are welcome to work your way through it again with a new group of people. We will use the Bible and "The 3 Colors of Ministry" book to guide us in this process.
Colossians - Jim Wever - 2012 - a new year but the same Savior and Lord! Have you thought about that? Whatever the date, we are in the middle of something God started and is finishing. Jesus Christ is the main player and we are a big part of His team. Join Jim in looking at how God worked at Colosse and how we can apply those same truths to our lives in 2012.
Children of Light - What would it mean for you and I to be "remarkably different?" Would it be a "pose we strike" or "things we do or don't do?" Or would it be because we are remarkably different on the inside of our lives? The Children of Light study will give biblical answers to how we become remarkably different in our emotions, thought life, body, social relations, will, feelings, and soul. The discussion study is adapted from "Renovation of the Heart" by Dallas Willard and will be taught by Pastor Ken.
